The State of Hawai'i Mulls Over Pissing On The First Amendment

The First Amendment to The United States Constitution specifically protects the Rights of United States Citizens to seek out answers from their governments:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Yet in The State of Hawai'i their senate is considering a new statute that would extend civil penalties to anyone that wants to know that President Barack Hussein Obama does indeed have the Constitutionally  determined qualifications to be President.
If the measure passed, the state Office of Information Practices could declare an individual a "vexatious requester" and restrict rights to government records for two years.
How very American of them !
